About Peter Chew
Peter has had an extensive Real Estate career in Malaysia, having worked for a major International Real Estate developer for nine years as their Head of Sales & Marketing. Prior to this, he has also worked in the banking and finance industry for a number of years.
He is a fully Licenced Real Estate Agent and holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Agency Practice (REIQ Queensland) and a Bachelor ’s Degree in Economics with Honours.
Peter has considerable expertise in marketing and finance as well as a command of, or proficiency in, English, Malay, Cantonese and Hainanese. His network of contacts throughout the Asian community and businesses, combined with his ability to communicate in their language as well as his knowledge and understanding of their culture, gives him a distinct advantage in any sales transaction.
Peter and his family migrated to Brisbane in June 2001 and started his real estate career in Australia by joining another Real Estate Group in July 2001. After 7 years as a multiple-award winning agent and having achieved over $ 50 Million in sales, he is now looking forward to moving up the “career ladder†and is very excited to have joined the RE/MAX Innovation team in Centenary Suburbs.
